Start with Clean Feet:

Gently Run the Roller Over Callused Areas:

Hold the callus remover at a comfortable angle and gently move the roller back and forth over the callused areas.  Start with less pressure and increase it gradually if needed.

Move in Different Directions:

Check Periodically:
